I heard it is best to work out mid afternoon becasue it will rasie your metabolism becasue I guess in the morning your metabolism is at its prime then slows during the day so I guesss if you exercise around 2 or 3pm it rasises it back up again for dinner??? My opinin if you exercise daily life is good!!!!!

I don't know what I like best since my women's gym opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. and I work 5-5 usually. so needless to say, I go there right after work, stay for about an hour, and work up a good sweat, do weight training until my muscles are shaking, then go home, shower, eat dinner, and go on the computer for awhile, maybe watch some t.v. then bed to get up at 3:45 a.m. to start over.

I have multi=level back injuries as well as fibromyalgia. It is hard for me to get moving in the am. Si I stretch in bed while having my coffee, take my yorkie out to do her business, a few light chores, than time for my fav soap. I get on the treadmill and do 2-3 miles; I tend to forget about time and how far....lol.
My day is over by 3pm (fibro). I enjoy various yoga stretches throughout the day and evening.
Works for me.
