Default Atkinsiversary

Today marks one year on this WOE and as of today i have lost 195lbs. Went down from a busting out of the seams 66 size pants and tent 6xl shirts to a 40/42 pants and xl/2xl shirts...
Thank you everyone for your informative posts and inspiring support.
Big thank you to Dr. Atkins and my beloved wife.

Here is to moving forward one day at at time.

TF over the last year.

I don't think I have ever seen a graph with a steady, straight down, no "stalls" ever journey, nor for such an amount of weight loss in ONE year. What an amazing Atkinsversary!

Thanks. Gotta be honest i was enthusiastic to log my losses so i never logged my gains and not my gains lol. Think the most gap of time was when i had my "off plan meal" which was NYE, Easter and my Birthday. Thanks for your kind thoughts. i sometimes think on why i waited so long.
