Default Back and going strong.......

5.5 in 3 days. Is just the beginning of my journey. We have finally, sold our house, finished renovating the investment house, Built and Moved into our new house, moved 38 years worth of STUFF. Moved the herd of beef over here and are getting ready for another winter in Maine. Actually had the biggest garden I have had this year.

I have had chronic pain for 27 years now and I really don't care anymore why! I won't take all the meds anyway and Low Carb helps a lot along with Water, Mag/pot. I have decided to trust myself , pay attention to how I feel. Do what i need for me to get this weight off and just take better care of myself in general.

Yesterday I was amazed at how many distractions come along to try to knock me off course but also Amazed at when I make my mind up to do this that I am pretty good at it. I am a cold turkey kind of person. If I "cheat" at all It is a trainwreck and I know it.

The worst part about it right now is I got exposed to the Brown tail moth yesterday and have incessent itching that is stopped by NOTHING. a salt rub might help and I just bought a big bottle of sea salt so that might be the CURE after a soak in the Whirlpool

Anyway , Great to be back success to all !

Oh my We have been , I forgot to say we have a new puppy in the house too! BUT I finally feel like I have enough stuff cleared from the schedule that I can get back on track.

The only distraction today is that I got into the Brown Tail Moth again and have an extremely itchy rash again. Second time this summer. Even a steriod/anti-histimine spray doesn't touch is so having to tough it out. was awake 4 or 5 times last night with that and leg cramps.
