Default Foods not on list

Is there a way to enter foods that are not listed? I had cheese sticks today that have 0 carbs. I cant find any cheese on the list that has 0 carbs. I would like to enter the exact carb count on the package. Dinahb

Yes, you can enter it as a custom food. Just look on the left for "New Custom Foods."

As for the 0 carb count, just bear in mind that in the US manufacturers are permitted to say "0" if the count is less than 1. I don't think it matters too much if you are not eating a huge amount of cheese, but I think all cheeses do have a wee amount of carbs.
