Default Another Newbie to S.B. but not to LC

Hello everyone!! My name is Tangy (no joke!) pronouced like Angie with a T. I found the S. B. book in the library and am I ever so glad I did!!! I had been on Adkins this time last year, lost about 30 lbs, but my gall bladder was kicking up so badly that I gave it up. And I am sooo glad I found this WOE!!! I weigh around 214 and am wanting to get to 130-135 lbs. On my 5'4" frame that is all I need to weigh!! So with being familiar to LC, I am really looking forward to making this a permanent WOE. I am soooo tired of being tired all of the time. I feel sooo bad when my kids want to play and either I can't get on the floor with them when they want to play there or because I am so tired which seems like all of the time. Since finding this forum, I am putting forth my weight loss goals again and I pray that this will be the very WOE that will do it for me.
Thanks for this forum!!!!
Tangy

Default welcome tangy

i bet you will find that you have a lot more energy, that is a lot of the reason why i enjoy this woe so much! i have four kids and need the energy too!
i would imagine that all that fat would defintely make your gallbladder act up if you were having problems! with this woe you can really modify it to suit you.
good luck and keep in touch!
debbie
