Thumbs up Less than 50 lbs overweight

When I first started this LC journey, the number 109 as in the number of pounds I had to lose... seemed absolutely colossal and overwhelming.

It was was with great surprise that I realized today I am less than 50 lbs overweight, and that's overweight using the BMI Index. Im fairly certain with low carbing and exercise my body will be smaller even at a larger weight.

Less than 50.. still sounds like a lot but certainly less than 109! Actually it's beginning to sound kinda normal

One day at a time, one pound at a time will gradually get you home even if you're an impatient cuss like me and would prefer to wake up overnight at your goal

Congrats on the loss. I, too, would love to wake up and have all the pounds gone. Too bad it doesn't work like that. Hang in there and that last 50 will be gone before you know it.
