raw eggs - Tiramisu
I have heard that it is dangerous to use raw eggs because of salmonella. My mom (in Germany) stopped using them altogether. In some cases one could use pasterized egg beaters, but forexample in Karen's Tiramisu, it is important to separate yolk and egg white before beating them up. We took the risk and it was good - but I still worry a bit. Anyone heard about how bad raw eggs are or not?
