Default fresh breath confidence!

Hello fellow brits!!
discovered something when i first started atkins a couple of months ago...didnt feel confident talking to people face to face with ketosis breath so i trawled the shops and found SMINTS - but the blue box only...they contain Xylitol (the same ingredient as the mints sold on the atkins website) and have just 7.9g carbohydrate in 100g (a BOXFUL weighs 8g!!) - very fresh and very minty!

wow compare to my extra sugar free gum at 63g per 100g !!! (which I am chewing - before I read this!) - or is this only if you swallow?

I think I shall invest in some...

Thanks for the tip Arix
