I borrowed this from the library and after browsing it a bit, noted that many recipes are suitable - or adaptable - for any lowcarb plan .

The book seems to have gone out of print here in Canada, so for now, I'm content with a borrowed copy . Anyway ... it's hot and humid this time of year, so I'm really looking for things that require minimal cooking or preparation .. especially fresh, non-processed foods.

Has anybody tried any of the recipes from this book? What are your favourites?

There are a few that caught my eye, so I'll update later if I do try them
