Default fell off the wagon and rolled!!!

After being treated to a wonderful dinner last night that was not atkins friendly I just kept on enjoying things that I know are not good for me. I hate myself when I do this but I tell myself I am human and the more time I spend beating myself up the less time I spend making positive steps. So I have already planned my weekly menu and am ready to do this

I can completely relate. I do this more than I should and feel the same way. I applaud your attitude about picking yourself up and also not beating yourself up. I wish I were able to do that too!!

The title of your thread made me laugh. Picking yourself back up is the important thing. If you have to keep doing it, it will be two steps forward and one step back - but that still leaves you moving forward. Good luck.
