I ate the banana bread during induction, and I did not have a problem, still lost weight, but I understand it might slow your weight loss. I spoke to someone at The Atkins Center, and she explained to me that you can eat the bread, but to make sure that you eat your veggies first, and if you have not reached your 20 carbs then you can eat the bread. Everyone is diffrent, I guess you will have to test it.
