Seaweed wrap with bacon, guacamole, provolone, and hot pepper rings.

Realized too late I had grabbed two of the sheets but that's sturdier. And I get MOAR seaweed.

A bowl of Magic Spoon Fruity Loops with heavy cream.

It's four net carbs from the cereal, which is constructed much like a keto protein bar. Whey protein, and sweeteners I get along with.

I need emergency foods, and I used to get Primal Kitchen's protein bars. But the other day they were not even in the shop. It's not easy to get protein bars; I can't do vegetable protein, and everything is all SOY or PEA protein, which I can't digest. And with cheap bars, the sweeteners are the usual suspects.

Pricey, but no more than specialty protein bars.

The amazing thing? I have a cup of cereal and a splash of heavy cream and a good time. Then, it acts like a REAL meal in terms of satiation. Which is my OTHER bottom line

It keeps DH from straying, too.

I also need "emergency foods", just because I wake up a hot mess and need something instant. Lately I've been having sous vide egg bites from Costco. I think I need to get some Magic Spoon asap.
