I don’t know what that plan is, but if you go to the green bar above and hit search, then advanced search (regular search is disabled) and put in Stillman you get a lot of older discussion threads.

I spend a lot of time reading the older threads myself, great ideas and a sense of community among folks with similar concerns (try searching “patience” for example) even if I can’t reply to them.

Hope this helps.

There is a good thread about Stillmans in the Buddy section, here. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=445056

All rules, comments from users over the past years, though I don’t know any now. Stillmans is both Low Carb and Low Fat so doable short term, but I do not believe it a long term sustainable diet. It is difficult if you have been doing a higher fat Atkins/ Keto before and use to eating good fats,
You might also consider an Atkins or Ketogenic diet, zero carb or adding intermittent fasting where there are more current users and active discussions.

It is interesting to see this post. My mom way back in the 70s followed Dr..Stillman’s plan. Hs book Calories Don’t Count is the book she followed. Looked on EBay. Some issues are quite expensive. I had been thinking about this WOE as things were fairly the same as LC I believe.

Post #1 in that link has all the rules...i have the book but it is quite simple, like the original 1972 Atkins rules. I haven’t re-read the thread but remember a stumbling block for me was going back to "non-fat" dressings. After eating honest healthy olive oil, the chemical stew sold as non-fat anything was hard to swallow. Another newer LC and LF option similar to Stillmans is Dukan diet.
