Default Snacking on celery?

I thought it was pretty much worthless rabbit food until I looked into it:

If you have become accustomed to thinking about celery as a crunchy, low-cal vegetable but not a key part of your health support, it is time to think again. Recent research has greatly bolstered our knowledge about celery's anti-inflammatory health benefits, including its protection against inflammation in the digestive tract itself.

It's also high in salt, potassium and vitamin K at about 1 carb per stalk.

Yes, celery is great! I keep sticks on hand for snacking, stuffing, dipping or chopping up into salads. They also enhance the flavor of soups and stews.

I’m really excited. When I first moved to Japan 8 years ago, I almost never found celery in the grocery stores. Now most carry it, although it’s sold by the stick and not cheap at all...but still exciting!!
