A "cinnamon roll" mug muffin recipe - it did not turn out well. Too dry. Kept putting butter on it, and drinking water and tea. Could only eat half. Feel full but not satisfied.
Had a nice 2 egg, mushroom & pepper jack cheese omelette topped with salsa, coffee, a multi vitamin and potassium for breakfast. MFP says that breakfast was 500 calories. I am full.
Then I lifted my new free weights in the garage for about 20 minutes. Worked my legs, shoulders, arms and back. First time I lifted weights in about 15 years. This is preliminary work for a Krav Maga course.
Then had a Greek yogurt.
Carbs today and tomorrow, then back on the keto diet.
I defrosted, then reheated chorizo with cabbage, scrambled in 3 eggs, warmed a Tumaro's Low in Carbs wrap and sprinkled on 1 oz of shredded Tillamook Mexican 2 Cheese Blend, then spooned on the filling and wrapped it up. Ate it with Yucatan Sunshine habanero hot sauce and washed it down with black coffee.
