Thumbs up Fat Fast

Thanks Larissab,

I will do as you suggest -- I quite like the idea of fat burning off too quickly -- doesn't seem possible somehow (the too quick part) given that it would be splendid to see the fat just melt away under your eyes!

I realise that while the scales have changed modestly, my shape has changed significantly. What happens at a psychological level is that one day I really notice a change and I get very excited, and I feel Thin. This goes on for a while until I catch sight of my reflection in a shop window, for example, and notice the chunky bits that remain (butt and thighs) and I over-react and feel absolutely fat again. This continues for a while until I notice a change.... etc. the cycle repeats.

I will try the fat fast (travelling all week, so will delay to next week), and also change my work-out routine to surprise my body. I intend to get some weight sets in there and see if that helps too.

Cheers!

Default Ooops, sorry Timco

Just addressed the letter meant for you to Larissab. I'm very grateful for your tips and thoughtful advice.

Larissab, I am happy to have found a co-staller who sounds much like me -- healthy, fit, active and...still not thin.

Good luck to you and let me know fi you do the fat fast.

Cheers!
