Long time no see!
Hello everyone....
It's been a while since I have been here. I have been a pizza eating, sugar gulping, pasta munching junkie for the past few months.
Unfortunately, it's a little worse than that. You see, since falling off this wonderful way of eating I haven't gained anything. Luckily, since losing the weight I have become more active (waaaay more active lately...will attach pics with next post) so that's a help in not gaining any weight back (well maybe 1 or 2 pounds), thing is I know I shouldn't be eating this junk...so I may have a pizza and then I won't eat anything for a couple of days. NO RANTING!!! I know how horrible this is!!
Check out my post in the Kick Nicotine Club and you'll see what has happened to nudge me in the direction of this crazy cycle. I admit I was nudged, but me and only me took the plunge.
Well, the point of this post is that it is not going to happen anymore. I am going to pay more attention to my body (it really does tell you when it doesn't like what you are putting in it). And get some of the determination back that I started with. I am going to rid my house of my flour, pasta, and Mr. Noodles (they really aren't that good anyway, are they?)....go back onto a meat frenzy! Green beans here I come! Bring on the eggs!!!

Okay, I am done....can't wait to hear from the Teeming Millions out there!
