Unhappy Imitation crab :(

I went and ate a few chunks of the stuff and look at the back of the package and lo and behold! 10 (10!!! ) gm of carb per serving. This is fish right? What the heck do they do to perfectly good fish to cram 10 grams of carbs in it?! EVIL MANUFACTURERS!! I am so mad now I could spit. We'll see if I am still in Ketosis in the morning

Thumbs up Real Crab is the way to go!!

I agree with gracie-poo - real crab is the way to go! The imitation is full of sugar, color, lots of nasty preservatives - blech!

That fake krab is actually made of soy proteins, normally.

Shellfish do however contain some carbohydrates, not that many though. Fish are pretty much carbless.
