Default Broke the wall!

Today I hopped on the scale, and I'm 199.2. Before eating low carb, I couldn't break 215, no matter what I tried, and today I'm a weight I haven't seen since high school. Not to mention, the scale starting with a '1' instead of a '2' is a major psychological boost!

Wink

That is a dream come true. And I assume you are eating animal fats, so it seems like magic, doesn't it? I always believed you had to feel hungry to lose weight, but on this diet, you do not feel hungry, which makes it seem easy, at least to me

Congrats, for sure! It's been a long time since I thought of weighing as "hopping on the scale".
