Default Inositol

Just a heads up...if you want some help with PCOS, look into Inositol.

I started it and early results indicate that it helps with my blood sugar. I am on prednisone and haven't had any cravings for the last several days.

I know lots of PCOSers have had good results with it. I'll try to come back and update, but I wanted to throw it out there for you to look into.

I've heard that Inositol works well too - and one in particular called D-Chiro Inositol works even better for women with PCOS. I also read that it is found naturally in buckwheat (not sure what that will do to your carb count though) and you can use it to make porridge or pancakes (and probably add it to bread etc.)

Hope this helps!!
