currently-there are three of them...cashews, cheese, and strawberries. For some reason I just can't control myself when it comes to these right now. I've eaten myslef sick on the cashews-miserable..strawberries are not so bad but I will eat them until they are totally gone and I will hide them in the fridge behind something yucky so no one else will find them..my few ounces of cheese are closer to almost half a brick of cheese.I'm bad.

I'm constantly craving oatmeal, black bean soup, refried black bean dip, red bean chili, and occasionally I crave popcorn. I'm also suspicious of tomatoes, as I don't know why I seem to be craving them, so I'm ignoring them for a while.

Sandollar, you had to mention cake. IT's my son's birthday on WEd. I'm praying for strength with that 1/4 slab cake in my house.

Hopefully people will take it home!

I hate to admit this, but mine is beer, which then leads to something crunchy/salty (like Combos) and then inevitably leads to a dark chocolate Klondike bar. Ooof! I just need to keep all these items out of my house!

LOL 27Peach, keeping them outta the house is the key! I can go forever without eating something 'snacky' like chips or cookies or a chocolate bar...but bring 'em in the house, and Oh Boy! Gotta have some...which leads to eating the entire package.

Luckily my DH understands and keeps his treats for at work!

At least I know what my limitations are..and can try to maintain my control. There are good days and bad days!

Mine is definitely Italian food. Garlic bread, lasagna, fettucini. I drive by my favorite Italian restaurant and the smell just gets my head spinning!

Oh my word, Nrg, I've GOT to try that cauliflower pizza - it sounds awesome. I clicked on the link within the link you gave and it also gives the recipe for cauliflower breadsticks - who would've thought?!? Can't wait to try these, thanks!

for me is anything that has bad carbs and sugar. lol, which is why I really should avoid them and not binge on them. I am a mess when it comes to eating those foods, I do better at home than I do outside my house. In my house I can control the food that I eat better as oppose to going out or eating at work. Its hard not to eat at lunch time at work because not only do i need the energy for my job (which requires a lot of moving around and walking) but the social aspect of it is hard to keep away from it.

There are always healthy option instead of eating the tuna melt or the chicken burger at lunch, I can eat a caesar salad or veggie soup to eat but I always end up eating what my co workers eat which is all of the bad options. :P And oreos are my weakness when it comes to sugar, it horrible I always eat way more than 3. ;P
