Hello 2bfit&fine Well I can tell you I have to be very strict because I have diabetes so I don't stray too much off plan. Not to familar with south beach.I'm on the Atkins plan.I guess the best advice I could give you is to drink plenty of water. That is good on any plan.64 oz or more.As far as getting around on this board there are many forums I think they have one for southbeach they could give you lots of tips.Wish you the best on starting on Monday.
