Curry flavoured chips, and lemon meringue pie! I lose all resolve in the presence of either of those two, and my SIL ALWAYS has a good supply of curry chips whenever we go for a visit. Once a month, I succumb to the pie - a planned "off meal" dish.

Dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting. Anything chocolate-y, really, but seriously good dark chocolate cake is my downfall.

I have a fetish for quick breads: waffles, pancakes, biscuts, cinnamon biscut rolls, scones, muffins, ect...

cookies a plenty, donuts, cereal, toast

oh no! I can't stop. The list keeps rolling in my head. I'll spare you!

Kraft peanut butter and Smucker's triple fruit strawberry jam, of course it always ends up on bread, I think I could mix the pb & jam in a bowl and eat them with out the bread though
Scotiagirl
The lovely thing about the other things I love is I can find a LC replacement most of the time...I still have so much to learn.

that and Costco cookies... or any chocolate chip cookie that stays soft... yum!

Of course... Doritos are a downfall too...

I'll stop now!

For me its movie theatre popcorn. Don't know what it is about that smell....**sighs**. I also get cravings for Vietnamese Pho that is made at a local little mom & pop Asian cuisine restaurant. All the food there is made fresh and he cooks the broth for his pho for 24hrs. Yum, Yum.

How I get by alot of my cravings is that I imagine piles of table sugar sitting where [insert bad food here] is. Sugar/starch makes me fat...suddenly I'm not interested in that temptation as much anymore. This allows me to make homemade bread for my family and have icecream in the freezer without temptation.

Someone else on this board said, and I agree, "Nothing tastes as good as THIN feels". Love this little mantra.

Glad that someone else has planned "fun" days. My next one is going to be BLACK Friday ~ ya know, the day after Thanksgiving!

Here is a new list from me:

Maple flavored Doughnuts
Pumpkin Spice Frapachino from Starbucks
Hot crusty french bread w/ butter or dipping oil
HOT cheesey creamy casseroles (which I am working on substitues for because Winter is coming)
Full blown chili with beans, and crackers!

Yeah...pretty much anything chocolate. The smell of baking bread kills me, warm and chewy with butter. Ugh! After a few days of LC I can avoid chips, and crackers, etc and not miss them. Plain old loaf bread that I buy for my kids doesn't bother me, but good grainy, heavy chewy bread...

and chocolate...it doesn't matter what kind, or what else is included in it...chocolate....this sounds gross but whenever my PMS is really bad I love fresh chewy salt dipped pretzels (like Annies or whatever) dipped in hot fudge, salty and chewy and sweet all at the same time. Total heaven.

I have another kryptonite i just discovered.

"Getting cocky"- SO i have been very much on plan for about 3 weeks, save Thanksgiving (although for me, it was a huge thing that it was moderate and not a binge fest). Although I haven't lost any more than 1-2 pounds since then, my inches have diminished. Anyway, I just noticed the pattern- get to feeling good, think you can eat whatever you want (re: wild day) and then fall off the wagon hard or weight gain...followed by a massive feeling of discouragement. So yesterday I took preventive measures and told my husband- DO NOT LET ME GO WILD. Especially on Sundays once the weekend's social activities are over.

It's so silly....once I start to look and feel really ideal....once my clothes start to look hot on me....and i can wear tight shirts with no issues, i go ahead and become a saboteur!
