Have fun zumbaing. I'm thinking once i have several months of vigorous Wii Fit and other exercise under my belt and I don't get as winded, I will order the Wii Zumba game.

Have fun teaching!

Thanks for your kind words. I may find out tomarrow that I don't like teaching it.
If that happens I will find comfort in knowing I can have a fantastic workout by just activily moving to some great music.

Finally went back to exercising with Wii Fit. Did 45 minutes today, burning about 250 calories. It's a start anyway. Will do again tomorrow.

How did teaching Zumba go?

The demo went great. I loved it and I think those that took the free class did too.
Several people in town are looking for a place where I can teach regularly.
So i gotta learn more song routines to make up an hour long class. LOL

Hi,

I exercised a bunch when I first lost weight LC'ing years ago, but after a miscarriage, nervous breakdown and emergency c-section, I have become a slug.

I started exercising again after I purchased the Wii Fit Plus around Christmas, but not as often as I should. I just started using Just Dance 2 as well, and so far it seems like it'll be fun after trying it this morning.
