Default Does it stop working?

I successfully lost 50 pounds on Atkins back in 2001 and kept it off for 8 years. 2 years ago, life just happened and I have gained it all back. I have been back on Induction for 2 weeks and no loss...My question is, have I done this too many times and now it won't work?

I typically eat eggs for breakfast, salad, or meat for lunch and meat & salad (only if I had no veggies for lunch) for dinner. I don't eat any LC products etc right now.

Any advice?

I tried Atkins temporarily over 10 years ago, but it was only for a few weeks and then I was advised to go off for medical reasons. My aunt, who is a nurse, thought it wise to revert to my old eating habits before my diabetes testing so it would give a 'clean' read. I wish I hadn't listened and stuck to it then.

So, I am a slow loser, but even though I tried it previously, I think my weight loss is similar to the first time. I was a lot slower than my husband the first time, and I'm a lot slower than him this time!
