I just want to let everyone know I had an awesome workout tonight, I can't wait to weigh-in tomorrow. This is fun. I had about 40 net carbs today and about 60 total carbs.
Soonslim, is that regular bread you're eating or low-carb bread, because there are some low-carb breads out there they taste just as good as regular. I hope the pounds keep coming off, don't get discouraged, stay focused and it will happen!!
Sprissy: Staying focused is extremely important. I often find that when I want to indulge in "junk" I allow myself a low-carb Hershey bar, or an Atkins Ice Cream Bar, and I feel NO guilt. I also enjoy Hood yogurt as a treat too.
I think I have this way of life down, sure, I will have my McDonald's shakes (super-size) once and awhile, but ya know, I'm liking how I feel on a low carb plan.
