Default Countdown to reunion

Ok i'm doing it all right this time. I am lowcarbing and I am working out like a mad woman which I LOVE!
Today is day one! I have 6 1/2 weeks to push it all I can. I am going to start a hybrid verson of P90X. Today is day one of P90x and I will do Zumba about 4 days a week, in keeping with my zumba teaching schedule. This time last year I was a tad over weight but in great physical condition. P90X is hands down the best workout routine I have ever done. Life got busy and I left it, using just cardio as my main workout and it has been great but now it is time to buckle down.

If I could maintain the feeling i have today for the rest of the 7 weeks I know reaching goal wouldn't be an issue. I know there will be highs and lows. I know that there will be busy busy days where working out will be near impossible. I know it is going to be a HOT summer. Iknow there are going to be several family gatherings between now and then that will make stiking to plan a bit difficult but I am ready to be a great me! I LOVE being fit. I can't wait.

ok got back at it 5 days ago, have 42 days before my 30 year class reunion. scale said 163 on monday, today 158.5. I am good with that. My attitude sucks but the scale is my bright spot lately.

I am so bored with work and life. I need a change..

Good job on eating healthy and exercising! You're doing great on the weight loss! you will definately make goal and look amazing for the reunion!

How is the p90x? Been meaning to look into it. I have some zumba videos and cant wait to try them when I get in a bit better shape.

i love P90X Did it twice last year. Did lean followed with a round of classic. This time I am just mixing it up a bit and using zumba for the cardio workouts.
This morning scale said 157 don't know what I am doing different then I have done all year but the pounds are coming off and I am a happy camper!

Wow I had forgotten I started a workout journal last year. I'm back!
I never finished that round of p90X last year. I am still teaching Zumba, I had been an independant instructor but started teaching at a gym earlier this year. so finally I starting utilizing the gym equipment this week.
I had been getting to work 30 minutes early, so I decided instead of going to work early I would stop off at gym for 30 minutes of working out on the days I don't have Zumba. One week down, lets see how this goes!
