Default Hi there...

I'm pretty new to all this, just finding my way around.

I'm interested in a low carb diet that fits in around me cooking for kids too. I don't have much time as I'm working and bringing up two boys so any advice will be wlecome for a newbie

Welcome to the board, Maddy!

A lot of our members feed their non-lowcarbing family with basically the same meals but adding a starchy side or two for them.

So meat and salad or cooked allowed vegetables for you, with maybe butter or creamy dressing to keep your fats high plus a dish of potatoes, rice or pasta or a bread roll for the non lowcarbers

Welcome
To help save time, I like to use planned leftovers and the crock pot.
