HEY where is your log from yesterday?
I'm going to see if either I can get MIL to come workout with me tonight (only to do some sorry assed lunges really and walking on the stairs as my legs are poor) or have her watch B while I go.....OR I just go tomorrow.

Today I finally officially worked out again. I did 15 wall push-ups and 100 steps on my aerobic step. Better than nothing

Great!! When I get fitter I am going to see if I can buy one of those plyometric boxes, or maybe Andy can build one for me, for doing two leg jumps onto at home. For now I don't even need it, I have enough other stuff to keep me busy and when I start I can start with jumping up stairs anyway.

Yesterday I almost killed myself (ok, exaggerating) by putting an almost all out effort into doing a pullup. I put my barefeet on either side of the doorframe and pushed while I pulled as hard as I could with my hands. There was movement, I didn't make it up far but I moved upward and it was the hardest pull I've done since I used to actually do pullups.
