New Product (NZ)

NutraLife have brought out a Low Carb/high Protein shake. It is called Bodyshape and is being sold in some pharmacies and health food shops. It has 1.6 g Carbs per serving. It comes in vanilla or strawberry and tastes quite good. I usually add some cream to it and vanilla flavour is nice with a few drops of Atkins Maple Syrup.

Its handy to take a bottle of it made up and have it for lunch/ snacks at work.
