There's 16g of carbs per 52g...for mine, that worked out to be 3 slices, so depending on your carb allowance a slice is ok. Coles have one as well, but it's a bit higher in carbs I think. Apparently the You Can Bake It mix is only 17g per 100g, but I've yet to try it.
empowerfoods have a low carb bread mix available which is 2,5g a slice, you have to bake it yourself but hey, smeling freah baked bread is one thing i can't get enough of!
