Another great week. Down 3.5lbs today.
I might spend another week on the "carb cleanse" phase and then start moving up the plans.
Did anyone try the hummus?

Hope you've all had a great week.

No I haven't tried the Humas yet, but I'm planning on it. My weigh in was Tues. evening. I lost 3 3/4 lbs. And I finnally made it to water acrobics today. It's been over 2 yrs. and I'm out of shape.... Congrates on your lose. I'm not following the book exactly, but trying to keep my carbs low....

Hi - I tried the homous tofu today, but didn't use the sesame seeds, just whized the ingredients with tahini, it tasted just like the real thing.

btw: am doing some kind of dairy challenge for a month, so wont be eating meat, just LCing using dairy and other non meat protein, so thought I'd have a browse here.

I think Rose Eliot's book is really good and has really easy recipes.
