Default new to low carbing

Hi all my name is fathima. I gained lots of weight post pregnancy and also was diagnosed with postand. My doc advised me to lose weight and to get on diet and I was googling and then I got to know about atkins. I had earlier tried gm diet..failed and I have been trying to complete induction period for a while now. I always mess during weekends. I am addicted to sweets..I just can't control myself otherwise I am good..I am not much into fast food or fatty foods.

I want to lose weight and get into shape.

Induction is VERY strict! You can do it!! Having said that, I am on my second day of Induction and it's going well. My husband is doing it with me. So far I have been too full to even think of sweets with all the protein I have been eating. I'm having more trouble with the "no caffeine rule". I have a little "no-caffeine headache today" Start again and stay strong!!!
