Yay for support!
Hi all! So glad to have found what seems to be a really friendly and helpful forum. On my last couple of weight loss trips (and there's been a few), having a community to turn to was the key to getting the journey right!
Doing low carb high fat, basically just trying to make sane choices and stopping eating when I'm full which is a lovely novelty from scoffing down everything in sight. Lots of eggs. Love eggs.
I also like 16:8 intermittent fasting so I generally eat two meals between noon and 8pm. I've tried this before and found that it made me less focused on food, which is bliss.
Scale was up 0.4 kg (0.88 lb) today, which spurred the search for a support group. There might be hormonal reasons (without going into TMI here) but it still sort of sucks. Not giving up though.
Goal is to be 132 lb by May 8th (big party on that day).
Now to browse and get to know the form.
