Hi Everyone

Hi Yall, I am new to the group, started atkins 1 week ago. I am hoping to get some much needed support from here. A little about myself:
I am 40 and married to a wonderful man, I have no children but I have 2 parrots that dont know that. I am also mom to a southern flying squirrel and 2 not so smart dogs but we love em anyway.
So here I am trying to fix myself. Looking forward to talking to all of you
