Hi There
Hi, I'm very new here (just signed up) and relatively new to this LCHF/Keto thing. Not even sure what I'm doing. To keep it simple, I've eliminated all of the obvious carbs (bread/pasta/sugar) and mostly eat eggs, cheese, meat and veggies. I know I don't understand macros, and I don't really understand ketosis and I know that eating high fat (although I'm not sure how much is enough or too much) goes against everything I've been taught, but dieting in the conventional way for the last 35 years has not helped me reach my goals so I'm going to give this a shot. Any advice, links, suggestions, etc are more than welcome! Looking forward to getting to know you
