Starting anew

Well fell off wagon and need to tackle this again. Had knee surgery in fall, which went well but, definetly due to my weight. Also experiencing constant knee pain. Low carb is only plan that has shown any progress for me. Looking forward to giving and receiving support from fellow travelers.
