Well, whatever you are doing is working, congratulations. You may want to check out some of the Newbie Advice>>, one tip would be to follow a plan. Harder to stay on track without a roadmap.
We have the Atkins New Diet Revolution summarized right here: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=236482 since that is the book you read. There are others, look around this forum as any LC plan is supported.
