Hello...hoping for an answer
Hi everyone. Been on Atkins for 4 weeks. Lost 10 lbs the first week, that was awesome. Lost 4lbs the second week, still awesome. Third and fourth week only one lb each week. I need to lose about 50 lbs still and a lb a week is not so awesome. I am having less than 20 carbs a day and am in constant ketosis - ketostiks very dark purple. Why the sudden drop off in weight loss? Someone mentioned to cut down on cheeses but if I'm in ketosis should I have to alter what I'm eating at all? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
