Hey, Alisa...I keep slowly inching up the mph and incline. considering I started four months ago at 0% incline and about 1.5 mph, I think I'm doing well!

30 minutes treadmill, 6% incline, 3.2 mph...about 255 calories burned and 1.57 miles walked.

I've been sick this week with a mild cold, so I gave up on exercising for a few days. Didn't like feeling so faint/exhausted afterwards. But I'm back!

30 minutes treadmill, yadda yadda stats....

Man, this is the first time I have exercised in the new year. And it was hard too...was only able to do 15 minutes on the treadmill, mostly because I was having a hard time focussing. Better time tomorrow!

Gawd, it has been forever since I exercised.

Finally - I made/found the time to get in 20 minutes on the treadmill yesterday.

I've got to get going again on a regular basis...I'm so tired all the time and have no energy and am a bit crabby. I seem to remember regular exercise/walking helped a LOT with that....

Ack...the last four months have been brutal. What, I've exercised 4 or 5 times during that period???

Enough...I'm back. Everything hurts, I am always tired, and I feel like an out-of-control insane bitch. I KNOW exercise helps me manage my stress and my sleep.

30 minutes treadmill. Onward! EVERY DAY!!

35 minutes outside walking with my sweetie, being towed by a rambunctious 100 pound dog. THAT was a work-out (the dog, not the sweetie...darn it!)

40 minutes outside walking. That's three days in a row of exercise...and I am feeling SO much better, physically and mentally, than I have been.

I know how good exercise makes me feel...why is that the first area of my life to slip when I get busy and stressed (the very things exercising helps me manage)???

20 minutes outside walking. DF is having problems/pain in one foot - it's an old problem, but I guess I will have to trudge on without him or make up the diff by myself or on the treadmill. I MUST trudge on and exercise.
