I got labs back today. Overall they're not too bad. I've never been able to get HDL very high. Before I started low carbing it was usually somewhere in the 28-32 range. I'm a little concerned about the C-reactive protein. This was the first time I've had it tested and it doesn't seem very good. Oh, and my hormones show I'm perimenopausal. I knew this by the hot flashes LOL

LH 41.8 , FSH 37.8 "These are consistent with perimenopausal or postmenopausal levels for these pituitary hormones"
Cholesterol was 154 with less than 200 being normal
HDL was 45 (normal 35-65)
LDL was 95 (0-130 normal)
Triglycerides were 71 (less than 250 being normal)
Your vitamin D levels were perfect (I need to call tomorrow to find actual numbers)
C-reactive protein level was 0.33, consistent with moderate risk factors for developing coronary artery disease. Otherwise these labs looks excellent.

I'm guessing the .33 is actually 3.3mg/L if the labs called it moderate risk?
