Welcome back! Long ago I also tried SB, but didn't do well at all on it for a number of reasons. I guess it does work for a lot of people, just not for me. I can't handle beans for one, and I can't eat gluten, and I have to limit dairy (although I do fine on the amount of dairy I eat on Atkins). I've experimented around enough over the last 10 years to realize for sure that the best way to eat (for me, my body etc.) is Atkins. So be it!

Glad to see you back!

Sometimes we have to stray, to find out the grass ain't geener on the other side. I have done this with Atkins and with my church-I'm back where I belong in both cases.

Yup I tried SB--before atkins actually. Too complicated with all the carb mojo. Atkins is user friendly--meat and veggies, eggs and cheese and baby you are on your way. SB is a fab concept and it works well for a lot of people...just not THIS lot of people (<;
