Default anyone here?

this looks a little non-active, i was hoping to ask a few questions...

i'm following a 70 protien 35-40 carb daily plan (Beyond Atkins, since i CANNOT find my Glycemic Index/Insulin Resistance books!) and a friend said it sounds like Protien Power

never heard of it

i eat apples daily (one a day) and whole grain breads if i must have a slice...limit pastas and haven't touched rice in a while...the biggest thing has been snacking on bad stuff, and making sure i combine a protien and a carb whenever i eat

i'm certainly not as strict as i should be, but i'm still dropping about 1 pound per week i'm thinking of doing a really strict sort of "induction" week after the holidays (too much good fun to be had!)

so while i await any answers/info here, i'll see if my library has any books about this Protien Power

thanks!

Dr. Eades has 2 books. Protein Power and PPLP - protein power for life plan. Just go to amazon and search for protein power. You can get either book used cheap.
