Default Foods that raise estrogen..

Guys.. i know there are different foods that raise your estrogen levels.. I know for sure that flax seeds are one of them.. Any input on this? thanks

I have heard that soy mimics estrogen and therefore is harmful for PCOS. I haven't researched that statement though.

Try googling "estrogenic foods" - mas y mas hits; about 250k. Can't vouch for any of it, of course.
