Hey Lisa!
....I'm not in Virginia but in North East Tennessee we are in the tri-cities near Bristol TN/VA (blountville) Have you seen the low carb menus at the restaurants? I think Domino's has a low carb pizza and Pizza plus has a low carb menu...not sure if Ryans is in VA too..but they've got a great low carb buffet! yum!!
where are you in South West Virginia?

Hi Everyone,
I am down in the southern part of West Virginia but right at the state line with Virginia.I am in Bluefield,WV and right across the state line is Bluefield,VA.

Roanoke Virginia is about 100 miles East of us.We are about 75 miles from Blacksburg Virginia where Virginia Tech is located.


Nice to see others from a neighboring state.Don't see many on here from West Virginia so it's nice to be counted amongst the Virginians.
