Hi Everyone,

4 days into the program and I am feeling really good. Today will be tough. Have to work 2 shifts and close at 11:00 PM tonite. If I can do this I think I can do it in general. I have my plan and my good feelings.I hope it's enough.

BTW Does anyone know if the anytime soup recipe must have all the ingrieients listed for scientific reasons or flavor reasons. I would like to edit it, but I'm sure it will still be an anytime meal.

I think you could edit it as you like so long as you don't add any high carb stuff to it.

I ate so much of it the second time I did the plan that I can't stand it anymore! I'm also not a big soup person.
