Default Cheese

My grocery store sells an all natural spreadable cheese which consist of aged cheddar, cream cheese and blue cheese. I put it on celery sticks instead of just cream cheese. Is this an allowable cheese before I inhale it all.

Thanks

Susan

Probaly okay in small quantities. Blue cheese is listed as "use occasionally". Check the ingriedients for added stuff. Yellow cheeses are frowned on but probally won't hurt. You can make your own spreads from okay cheeses. White cheddar is available and you could add nuts. Enjoy
