Default Bloated

Hi Everyone,

I am still trying to stick to this but am getting frustrated. I feel so bloated by the end of the day and I don't even eat much. How do I get rid of the bloated feeling that must be from all the water I drink? If I get on the scale at night, I weigh like 2-4 lbs more than I did in the morning! Very frustrating. How can I get rid of the waterlogged feeling and the extra water weight?

Wendy

EVERYONE weighs more at the end of the day than at the beginning.
Which is why it is advisable to ONLY WEIGH ONCE A DAY in the MORNING.
Get up, go to the bathroom, take off all your clothes and weigh yourself.
Then stay away from that nasty machine until the next morning in the same state.

Drinking water tends to REDUCE bloat so don't stop drinking.

Instead, watch your sodium intake. Cheese, lunch meats (including sliced turkey, chicken & beef from the deli), prepared foods - all have much more sodium than you suspect. Also, use "No Salt" on any food where you want salt. This is a potassium chloride substitute which is found in the grocery store, right next to the salt. You need potassium in small amounts to balance the sodium and allow water to pass out of the cells and into the blood stream & eventually, out of you.

You started recently, and only have 35 pounds to lose. Be patient with your body. Your loss will probably be slower than someone with 100 pounds to lose, but it will work. Stick with the plan because there are many benefits to your health besides weight loss from LCing.
