Default Favorite herbs for jazzing up food.

I'm using more herbs and spices in cooking now ("George" is my friend).

What are your favorite herbs and spice combinations for meat, fish, chicken, turkey, salads, etc.?

OoOo

There are so many.

Tarragon is good on chicken and fish.
Basil is good on anything I think *laughs* (I love basil, I put it on steamed veggies with butter)
Sage is good on pork, chicken
Garlic (I know..not an herb) is good on anything as well
Dill is great on fish or seafood.
Oregano is good on anything including veggies

Those are the ones I use the most.

Cool Herb user myself

My goodness, the herbs I use are:
For beef: garlic, green onion, barbaque seasoning or Cajun, Basil, Bayleaf powder, Onion salt, Russian Seasoning, others similar to that. I use wine too.

For Chicken: I use green onions, lemon, orange, lime peel, rosemary, Basil, Dill, Cilandro, Cajun, Barbaque, even cinnamon, oh how can I forget! Curry!! oh I use wine sometimes too.

How's that?

Steak Seasoning (special canadian blend) this is great..

Herb & Garlic seasoning for chicken this is great.
I love cayenne pepper and cajun seasoning also.
Greek seasoning, I don't have the namebrand in my thoughts at the moment.
Salt, Pepper, garlic, onion, dill.
