Ok, I need to find that jerk rub. I do the ribs too, LOVE THEM. I toss them as-is in a crock pot and forget about them. THEN (before LC), I'd put some sort of BBQ or oriental sauce on them and toss them under broiler just to bake it on quickly.
Looks like you can find it on amazon - never looked there before. I'm fortunate that I have a local store that carries stuff for all different taste of foods where people come from. That is where I shop. That is where I talk to peoples. That is where I learn.
You can eat all these things at breakfast, probably not in one sitting tho...
I'm starting to think this thing I call a "flomelette" is really a fritata or what ever it's called. I'll have to do some reading. He's one today - used some zuchini in it too from the farmer down the road as we say here.
Aha! It is a version of a Frittata http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/...-recipe-1941312 - the main difference is that instead of finishing it in the oven, I take the risk of flipping it upside down 180 degrees in the pan with spatula assistance. After the "top" is done, I flip it one more time in the pan then slide it on the plate, usually over lettuce which seems weird but for some reason I like, esp. With hot sauce. So Twice Flipped Flomelette = Frittata - I'll just call it that then... Happy Cooking!
